selected by the United States House of Representatives for
testimony on implementation of the Zip Code program, and by PBS-TV
affiliate KET to create and present the world's first television
series on direct mail marketing, The Business of Direct Mail.
Gnam is the author of René Gnam's Direct Mail Workshop (four printings by Prentice-Hall). Numerous René Gnam articles

Marketing, Target Marketing, Folio, and several other industry
titles. A founding director of the Association of Direct Marketing
